Harrison’s Adult Lifetime Super Fine

Harrison’s Adult Lifetime Super Fine is a year-round maintenance formula meets the nutritional requirements for healthy, non-breeding, non-moulting birds including canaries, budgies (parakeets), cockatiels, doves, lovebirds, conures, parrotlets, pigeons and other small birds.

An Adult Lifetime formula may be offered after a bird has completed a dietary program of a High Potency formula for a period of 6 months.

Also for birds with certain dietary sensitivities.

Storage: Harrison’s Bird Foods do not contain artificial preservatives. Once opened, a bag of Harrison’s should be used up within 8 weeks. Storing food in fridge or freezer helps maintain freshness.

Approximate feeding amounts of Adult Lifetime Superfine (ALSF) and additional foods:

Canary / Finch:
- 1 – 1^3/4 g (1tsp) of ALSF
- ½ tsp additional foods
Budgie (parakeet) / Parrotlet:
- 1^1/2 – 3g (1 – 2tsp) of ALSF
- ½ – 1 tsp additional foods
Cockatiel / Lovebird:
- 2 – 5g (1^1/2– 3 tsp) of ALSF
- ½ – 1 tsp additional foods

FEEDING OF ADDITIONAL ITEMS

It is not recommended to supplement Harrison’s Adult Lifetime Super Fine with vitamins or other bird or animal supplementary food products. Additional foods should be limited to no more than 10% of the overall diet. Offer good quality vegetables and fruits in small quantities; dark yellow meaty or dark green leafy items such as sweet potatoes, carrots, pumpkin, winter squash, broccoli, parsley, spinach, mango or papaya are the most beneficial.

[For birds with suspected iron-storage disease: Avoid citrus fruits, tomatoes, kiwi, strawberries and other foods containing vitamin C. Avoid grapes, currants, raisins, liver, red meat, egg yolk or dark green vegetables such as spinach, which may contain high levels of iron.]
